Sridhar has been a part of the leadership teams at leading brands in Aditya Birla Group, USL Diageo & Puma. Sridhar has led and set up marketing teams for iconic brands such as Royal Challengers Bangalore, TTK Prestige, Louis Philippe. At Louis Philippe, India’s largest and most premium apparel brand, he was part of the team the grew the business 5X over a period of 4 years. Has been a partner at turnaround investment fund, CoCreate Ventures, leading the revival of JustBooks and driving business pivots across multiple startups.

Gajendra Mohan Jha
Ravi comes with a deep understanding of retail, media and advertising space as a technocrat. His ideas and strategies have won more than 50 awards from various forums like mBillionth, Adclub, MMA amongst many. He is featured in several global publications as a thought leader in the Mobile Advertising space.
Ravi has been shouldering a pivotal role in growing the transformation practice at Upaghna. His enthusiasm and approach towards solving difficult problems often sets him apart from the rest.
A co-author of more than 5 patents files in the mobile space, Ravi has also been an integral part of the Govt of Karnataka’s Traffic and Transport Department’s digital initiatives.
Sridhar B has 21 years of experience across CPG companies and as board member across startups. He brings in an overtly commercial lens to operations, delivering sustainable market share growth while maintaining healthy gross margins for businesses.
Currently he holds the position of Global Digital Director (Ecommerce & Technology Innovation) for Diageo, based out of London HQ. Sridhar has been with Diageo for over a decade and in these years, has performed many different roles in both India & Europe. He has managed some of the largest digital marketing campaigns, sponsorships & culture for iconic brands such as Johnnie Walker, Smirnoff, Bailey's, Singleton, Guinness amongst others. Holding a global leadership position in Diageo, Sridhar's strength lies in setting processes & protocols to empower teams to achieve the group's performance ambitions
Samrat Som is amongst the country's leading design thinkers, with over two decades of experience building iconic brands and businesses that are counted amongst the world's best in their respective categories. Samrat has headed the apparel & accessories business of the iconic brand - Royal Enfield - apart from setting up and managing the brand's creative studio over the past 5 years. For over a decade, he managed the creative and marketing responsibilities for India's largest and most premium menswear brand. Samrat has a history of working in the intersection of culture & commerce, creating interventions for brands, telling stories through product and content to create engagement & business growth. He joined the industry after his MA in Design for Environment, Communication, Public Arts, Interior, Textile & Fashion Design from University of the Arts London.
Sreeranga is a Sustainable Textile/Apparel expert, Social Entrepreneur and Organic Farmer, helping Upaghna identify and execute sustainability opportunities and metrics in each of our projects. He has devised and implemented sustainability strategies for some of the pioneering brands in Europe. He holds an engineering degree in Textiles and MBA From London Business School. Currently he is CEO of Dibella India and he is also a board council member of Textile Exchange. He was previously the head of sourcing, Aditya Birla Group for European markets and also Co-Founder of Arthur & Henry, a sustainable formal menswear brand in the UK. He has, in his recent stint, built large scale sustainable apparel businesses that have a direct impact on 3900 marginalised farming families across India. Ranga is considered an authority on sustainability and is a much avowed speaker in major forums across the globe.
